What you post

Usually one short video, sometimes a story or two. The exact ask, the posting window and anything the business wants mentioned are in the invite, before you commit.

When it's worth it

When the experience is something your viewers would want to see anyway, and the ask matches what it's worth. A tasting menu for one Reel is a fair trade. A free appetizer for three videos isn't, and we won't send you that.

Sometimes. A good experience that fits your content can be worth more than a small fee, and it gives you something new to post. If the ask is bigger than what you're getting, pass.
Do gifted collaborations ever include cash?
Some do. Each invite says whether it's gifted only, gifted plus a fee, or fully paid.
Do I have to disclose a gifted post?
Yes. Under FTC rules, free products and experiences count as payment. Say it plainly, like #ad or "hosted by", where people will see it.
Can I do gifted campaigns with under 10,000 followers?
Yes. Most gifted campaigns are with smaller local creators, because businesses care more that your viewers live nearby than how many there are.
What does the business get to approve?
They can ask for specific mentions or things to avoid, and those are in the invite. They don't get to script your video.
