What we fix

Where most people get stuck.

These are the problems people search for most when setting up a profile, and what we do about each one.

Video verification keeps failing

Google wants one live, unedited clip of at least 30 seconds that proves three things: where you are, that the business exists, and that you run it. Most rejections are a missing sign, no street context or no proof you're the owner. When Google asks for a video, we plan the shot list with you before you hit record, and when it keeps failing we ask Google for a manual review instead.

The video won't upload

Uploads fail often, especially when a phone switches between Wi-Fi and data mid-upload. We know the workarounds, and when to stop retrying and ask Google for another verification method.

"Only visible to me"

If you can see your profile but customers can't, it usually isn't verified yet or is stuck in review. When the normal steps fail, Google can have a real person review your business by hand. We prepare your proof and submit it for you.

Someone else already claimed it

A former employee, an old agency or a previous owner controls your listing. Google lets you request access; the current owner has 3 days to respond, and then you may be able to claim it. We handle the request and the follow-up.

You work from home

If customers don't come to you, Google wants your home address hidden and a service area listed instead. Showing a home address publicly is one of the most common reasons profiles get suspended. We set it up the right way from the start.

Suspended, or lost verification

Profiles get suspended or asked to verify again, often right after a name, address or category change. Google gives you one appeal through its appeals tool, and after a denial it only looks again if you bring new evidence. We find what triggered it, line up documents that match your profile exactly, and file the appeal so the one shot counts. Don't make a new profile for the same business; Google treats that as a violation.

It doesn't show up in search

Usually the wrong category, missing details or no reviews yet. We fix the parts you control and show you how to ask for reviews the right way.

Have these ready

What we'll ask for.

  • A utility bill from the last 3 months

Electric, water, gas, internet or phone, with your business name and address on it.

  • Business registration or license

In Florida, your Sunbiz registration works. The name and address must match the bill.

  • A few photos

Your sign with the street visible, plus inside or an employee-only area. Work from a vehicle? Your branded vehicle and tools.

  • Your Google login

The Google account that owns your profile, or the one you want to own it.

Questions

Before you buy.

My Google Business Profile was suspended. Can you fix it?
Usually, if the business is real and eligible. We find the likely reason, gather documents whose name and address match the profile (registration, license, a recent utility bill), and submit the appeal through Google's appeals tool. Google reviews it and emails the decision. The same $299 covers it.
Why is Google asking me to verify again?
Most often because business details were recently changed. If the Get verified button comes back, Google couldn't fully verify the business, and it needs to be done again. We handle that the same way as a first verification.
Why does my Google Business Profile say it's only visible to me?
Usually because it isn't verified yet, or the verification is still in review. Customers can't see a profile until Google verifies it.
What does Google want in a verification video?
One continuous, unedited clip recorded live on your phone, at least 30 seconds long, showing your location (street signs or nearby businesses), that the business exists (signage with your exact business name, or your tools and work vehicle if you go to customers), and that you run it (an employee-only area, opening the register, or business paperwork that matches your profile name).
Someone else owns my profile. Can you get it back?
Often, yes. Google lets you request access to a listing someone else manages. They have 3 days to respond, and if they don't, you may be able to claim it. It doesn't always work on the first try, so we stay on it.
Can I have a profile if I work from home?
Yes, if you meet customers in person, at their location or yours. If customers don't come to your home, the address is hidden and you list the areas you serve instead.
Can an online-only business get a Google Business Profile?
No. Google only gives profiles to businesses that meet customers in person, at a location or at the customer's location. Our order form asks how customers reach you, and if your business isn't eligible we'll tell you before starting and refund you in full.
Can you verify the profile for me?
We handle it, including asking Google for a manual review by a real person when the normal steps fail. A few methods, like a code sent to you or a short video, can only be done by the owner; when Google asks for one, we tell you exactly what to do and can do it with you on a call.
Do you need my Google password?
No. You add us as a manager (we show you how), and you can remove us any time. You stay the owner.
My profile is suspended. Is this for me?
A suspension is a different job: finding what triggered it, fixing it, then appealing with the right documents. Book a call and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth appealing.
Will this get me to the top of Google Maps?
We don't promise rankings, and nobody honest can. Google says local results come down to relevance, distance and prominence, and no one can pay for a better position. We make sure the parts you control are right.
Do I have to be in Orlando?
No. We're in Central Florida, but the setup is done remotely for businesses anywhere in the US.
