Orlando doesn't have one big Christmas market the way European cities do. It has several smaller ones, most of them outdoors in the evening, and most of them free to walk into. Here are the holiday markets around Orlando in 2026, with dates and hours.
Dates come from each organizer's 2026 listings. Hours change on holidays and in bad weather, so check before you go.
Merry Market at Lake Eola (downtown Orlando)
- When: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in December from December 4, plus Thursday, December 17, Monday, December 21 and Tuesday, December 22.
- Hours: 5:30 to 9:30 PM.
- Where: The east side of Lake Eola Park.
This is the closest thing Orlando has to a classic Christmas market: local vendors in the middle of Downtown for the Holidays. The same nights you'll find the Eola Wonderland tree show, a holiday train, snowfall on Washington Street and Santa at the Lake Eola House (virtual queue; scan the QR code on site). The tree lighting is Friday, December 4.
Parking tip: Garages on Central Boulevard and Rosalind Avenue fill up on weekend nights. Arrive before 6 PM or take a rideshare.
Christmas Market at Grande Lakes Orlando
- When: November 25, 2026, to January 2, 2027.
- Hours: 5 to 9 PM.
- Where: The Da Vinci Lawn at Grande Lakes Orlando (the Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott), on Central Florida Parkway in south Orlando.
The most polished market in town, with artificial snowfall every hour and an outdoor ice rink next to it. It's open to the public, not just hotel guests. The rink has its own tickets; see our ice skating guide.
Oh, What Fun! at Lake Nona
- When: December 4 to 20, on select days.
- Where: Lake Nona Town Center and Boxi Park.
A neighborhood holiday festival with vendors, food, music and snow nights. The schedule changes day to day, so check the festival's site before you drive out.
Holidays at Heritage Square
- When: December 4 to 6, 11 to 13 and 18 to 20.
- Hours: 5:30 to 9:30 PM.
- Where: Heritage Square, outside the Orange County Regional History Center downtown.
Pair it with the free Holiday Projection Show on the History Center's facade (every 15 minutes, 5:30 to 10 PM, December 4 to January 2). On Saturday, December 12, the History Center itself is free all day.
Frontyard Holiday Festival at the Dr. Phillips Center
- When: November 27 to December 31.
- Where: The Frontyard at the Dr. Phillips Center, downtown.
Holiday programming on the lawn outside the performing arts center. On Sunday nights in December there are free holiday movies on the Seneff Arts Plaza next door, no tickets needed.
Jingle Eve in Ivanhoe Village
- When: Saturday, November 21, 4:30 to 9 PM.
- Where: Gaston Edwards Park, by Lake Ivanhoe.
A one-night local market and party in one of Orlando's best small-business neighborhoods, the weekend before Thanksgiving.
The weekly markets get festive too
The year-round farmers markets stay open through the holidays and are good for local gifts: the Downtown Orlando Farmers Market at Lake Eola on Sundays (10 AM to 3 PM) and the Winter Park Farmers Market on Saturdays (8 AM to 1 PM).
Tips for Orlando's holiday markets
- Go on a weeknight if you can. Lake Eola on a December Saturday is packed by 7 PM.
- Bring a layer. December nights can drop into the 50s.
- Bring a card and some cash. Most vendors take cards, but not all.
- Make a night of it. Lake Eola and Heritage Square are a 10-minute walk apart, and Winter Park's Park Avenue is 15 minutes north.
Make a day of it
Spend the afternoon outside before the markets open: Boggy Creek airboat tours and baby highland cows at Mini Moo Land in Kissimmee are 10% off through us. For more December plans, see Orlando events in December 2026.
