Local influencer marketing

Influencer marketing for businesses people have to drive to.

If customers have to show up in person, a creator is only useful if their viewers live within driving distance. Local influencer marketing starts with that question, before follower counts or prices.

Our network today: 212 creators, 149 of them in the Orlando area.

What makes it local

Three things we check that national campaigns skip.

Where the viewers live

Before we suggest a creator, we ask for a screenshot of their audience locations. A creator with 50,000 followers spread across the country can bring fewer visits than one with 8,000 who mostly live in Orlando.

Your calendar, not a content calendar

Local businesses have slow weeks, busy seasons, launches and events. We time the posts to those, so videos go up when you have room for the customers they bring.

Visits, not just views

Each creator gets a tracked link or code. The report shows views, and also clicks, bookings and offer redemptions by creator.

Example campaign

A slow stretch at a local attraction.

A Central Florida attraction has a quiet few weeks every fall. We pick seven creators whose viewers are mostly in Central Florida and schedule their visits across two weeks of that window.

Each creator posts with their own ticket link. A small search campaign runs alongside for people who look the attraction up after seeing a video.

The report compares creators by ticket sales, not just views, so the next slow stretch starts with the ones that worked.

Creator fit

What a good local creator looks like.

Most of their viewers live in your area, they post about places people can actually go, and their recent videos get steady views. Size matters less. Plenty of our best local fits have a few thousand followers.

Questions

Questions about local influencer marketing.

For typical creator fees by audience size, see Orlando influencer pricing.

Why does audience location matter more than follower count?
Because only viewers who can visit can become customers. A big national audience gets you awareness in places you don't serve.
How do you check where a creator's audience lives?
We ask for a screenshot of their Instagram or TikTok audience locations before suggesting them, and we don't rely on what a creator says without it.
Do I have to be in Orlando?
Our creators are mostly in Orlando and Central Florida, so that's where we're strongest. Elsewhere in Florida we can sometimes help; ask us.
Can I do this on a small budget?
Yes. Three to five small local creators is a real campaign. A small local creator usually charges $70 to $300 per video. Ongoing management starts around $1,500/month.
How long does setup take?
Usually two to three weeks from yes to the first creator visit. Faster is possible for an event with a fixed date.
